Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
September 11, 2000
Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. September 11, 2000,
with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at
the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on September 11, 2000, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of August 28,
2000.
County Engineer
- Consider setting date for a public hearing on the
vacation/abandonment of a portion of Wells Lane.
- Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for the Fencing of a portion
of Crows Ranch Road.
- Consider approval of an interlocal agreement with
the City of Nolanville for the seal coating of approximately two miles of City Street.
- Discuss and consider awarding of bids for metal
box culvert on Old 95.
- Consider awarding bid for the hot mix overlay of
various County Roads.
Discuss requests for installation
of new telephone lines.
- Jail Lieutenant Office.
- County Attorney's Office.
Presentation of the County
Auditor's Budget for FY 2000-2001 and the Orders with reference to the District Court
Official Court Reporters' salaries for FY 2000-2001.
