Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
October 16, 2000
Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. October 16, 2000, with
the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the
Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on October 16, 2000, at 9:00 A.M.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of October 2 &
10, 2000.
County Engineer
- Consider awarding bids for fencing on Crows Ranch Road.
- Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids on the fencing on Vilas Road.
- Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for two (2) shredder tractors
and a used vibratory, padfoot compactor.
Personnel.
Consideration of lifting or continuing Burn Ban.
Update on BellNET, an
informational briefing on the new Texas Institute for Educational Partnerships, and a
discussion concerning collaborations between BellNET and the Texas Institute for
Educational Partnerships.
Set and approve County Holidays
for 2001.
Discuss and act on Final Budget
Amendments to FY 99-00 Budget.
