Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
 January 02, 2001

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Special meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. January 02, 2001, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on January 02, 2001, at 9:00 A.M. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approval of Minutes of previous meetings. (December 18, 2000)

2. Swearing in of the newly elected and re-elected County Officials.
   
   
3. Approval of all Elected Official's Bonds.
   
   
4. Presentation of Certificates of Appreciation to Officers, Committee Chairs and Subcommittee Chairs of the Bell County Sesquicentennial Committee.
   
   
5. Lowering of the Bell County Sesquicentennial Flag, placing it in the Sesquicentennial Time Capsule.
   
   

6. Reception given by the Bell County Sesquicentennial Committee.
   

7. Personnel.

8. Approval of purchase of replacement vehicles for Buildings and Grounds Department.
   

9. Approval of Officers and New Board of Trustee Members of the Bell County Museum.
