Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
January 22, 2001
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Special
meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. January 22, 2001,
with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at
the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on January 22, 2001, at 9:00 A.M.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approval of Minutes of previous meetings. (January 16, 2001)
- County Engineer
a. Personnel.
- Consider corrective resolution for previously approved 1999-2000 Tax Abatement
Agreements within Temple Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Number One.
- Certificate of Appreciation to Lt. John Scharf, Temple Police Department, for service as
Interim Director of Bell County’s Communications Center.
- Annual Award Ceremony for Sheriff’s Office.
- Claims.
WORKSHOP SESSION IN JUDGE AND COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
9:30 a.m.
- Continue Review and Discussion of Updated Personnel Handbook.
Discuss Presentation at the V.G. Young Institute for the Bell County
Communications Center Operation.
Discuss Administrative Procedures with Respect to Commissioners’
Court.
