Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
 February 26, 2001

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Special meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. February 26, 2001, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on February 26, 2001, at 9:00 A.M. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approval of Minutes of previous meeting (February 20, 2001).

2. County Engineer.

   a. Consider abandonment of a drainage/utility easement running along the Common property line of lots 12 & 13, Tanglewood II, a replat of Cliff Estates Unit II and a portion of the replat of Cliff Estates.

   b. Personnel.
   
   

3. Announce public meetings on February 26 at 7 p.m. in Commissioners Courtroom and March 1 at 7 p.m. in Killeen City Hall regarding the County's Thoroughfare Plan.
   
   
4. Consider awarding bids for Buildings and Grounds Uniforms.

   WORKSHOP SESSION IN JUDGE AND COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM at 9:30 a.m.

   1.    Discussion of Redistricting and Citizens Advisory Committee.

   2.    Continue discussion of facility planning and prioritization.

   3.    Continue discussion of Personnel Handbook.

   4.    Discuss upgrades to computer accounting software.
