Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
March 26, 2001

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Special meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. March 26, 2001, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on March 26, 2001, at 9:00 A.M. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approval of Minutes of previous meeting (March 19, 2001).

2. County Engineer.

   a.  Personnel

3. Consider appointment of Lynda Allmer of Temple to Child Welfare Board.
   
   
4. Consider adding Bell County Child Welfare Board to list of agencies to which juror fees may be donated.
   
   
5. Consider approval of date for annual County-Wide Auction for May 12, 2001.
   
   
6. Consider approval of 911 addressing project completed by CTCOG.
   
   
7. Discuss Election School held March 24, 2001.
   
   
8. Consider FY 2000 Annual Audit Report.
   
   
9. Claims.

   WORKSHOP SESSION IN JUDGE AND COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM at 9:30 a.m.

   1. Discuss initial work on Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual for Supervisors and Elected Officials.
   2. Discuss pending legislation and consider resolutions in support or in opposition thereof.
   3. Discuss census, redistricting and Citizens Advisory Committee.
   4. Discuss facility planning and design, consultants, real estate and financing options.
   5. Discuss final draft of updated subdivision regulations.
   6. Discuss insurance consultant.

   NOTICE:  Members of the Court may attend and participate in Texas House Redistricting Hearing at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2001, in House Auditorium (Room E 1004) Capital Building, Austin, Texas.
