Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 09, 2001

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. July 09, 2001, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on July 09, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Minutes of previous meetings.  (July 2, 2001).

2. County Engineer

1. Consider approval of preliminary plat for Eagle Rock Ranch Subdivision. 

2. Personnel.
   

3. Consider sponsoring infrastructure grant application of WCID #6 from Heidenheimer. 

4. Discuss accepting bids for Surplus Bell County Property in Nolanville.

5. Discuss and consider the purchase of additional AVM Voting Machines.

6. Discuss Claims.

in the following activities during the week:  TxDOT Highway 93 meeting, Monday, July 9 at 1:30 p.m.,
Bell County North Annex, Belton;   Texas Historical Commission Museum Award Ceremony, 
Tuesday, July 10, 11:00 a.m., Commissioners Court Room, Belton, Texas.
