Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 30, 2001
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. July 30, 2001, with the
meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on July 30, 2001, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Waive presentation
of the Minutes of previous meeting. (July 23, 2001).
County Engineer
Consider approval
of an interlocal agreement with the Academy ISD for the sealcoating of
school parking lots.
Consider awarding
bid for the construction of right of way fencing on Wood Road, Precinct
#2.
Consider approval
of the preliminary plat for Gutierrez Subdivision.
Personnel.
Recognition of Berneta Peeples' selection as Central Texas
Workforce Area's 2001 Outstanding Older Worker.
Claims.
WORKSHOP at 9:30 a.m. for Second Meeting of Bell County
Redistricting Advisory Committee.
NOTICE: Members of the Court may also attend and
participate (to include discussion of County
Issues) in the following activities during the week: (1) CSCD Budget
Meeting, Tuesday, July 31,
11:30 a.m., 146th District Courtroom; (2) LEPC (Local Emergency Planning
Committee)
Meeting, Wednesday, August 1, 9:00 a.m. at Bell County Communications
Center;
(3) Storm Water Meeting, Thursday, August 2, 10:30 a.m. at CTCOG Training
Room; (4) 4-H Awards Banquet, Saturday, August 4, 6:00 p.m. at EXPO
Center.
