Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
JANUARY 07, 2002

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. January 07, 2002, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on January 07, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of December 26, 2001.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider final plat of Hankus Subdivision.

2. Consider preliminary approval of the plat for Walnut Creek Estates, Phase 3, Section 2, subdivision.

3. Consider the Abandonment and Release of a Drainage and Utility Easement situated between Lots 572 and 573, Tanglewood Subdivision.

4. Commissioners may participate in a workshop on H.B. 1445 (E.T.J. on Subdivisions) on Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners Conference Room.

3. Consider Resolution under Article 172.126 of the Election Code to authorize joint primary election for March 12, 2002.
   

4. Consider appointment of Brent Whitis as Bell County's Representative to the Bell County Appraisal Board of Directors.
