Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
FEBRUARY  25, 2002

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. February 25, 2002, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on February 25, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of February 11 and 19, 2002.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider awarding bids for the annual purchase of concrete, hot mix, cold mix, liquid asphalt, pit-run gravel and aggregate. 

2. Consider approval of the final plat for Happy Acres, a three-lot, 15.57 acre development off of S.H. 95, in the ETJ of the City of Temple.

3. Consider approval of the final plat of Northcliffe Phase VII.

4. Personnel.
   

3. Consider Interlocal Agreement with Williamson County for the housing of inmates in the Bell County Jail.
   

4. County Treasurer's Annual Report on 2001 Fiscal Year Interest Earnings.
