Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
MARCH 18, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. March 18, 2002, with the
meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on March 18, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of
March 4 & 11, 2002.
County Engineer
Consider public
hearing and consider approval of traffic control devices.
Consider approval
of the annual seal coat and level-up programs.
Consider final
approval of the amending of a plat for Lots 12-14, Block 1, Walnut Creek
Estates, Phase 1.
Consider approval
of the final plat of McLean's Crossing, Phase One.
Personnel.
Introduction of
Rosa Black, new Executive Director of CASA of Bell County.
Consider
Resolution in support of establishing a State Veteran's Cemetery in Bell
County.
Consider approval
of Interlocal Agreement with Collin, Dallas, Harris, and Tarrant Counties
to local government corporation to purchase property in Austin for
Conference of Urban Counties offices to include approval of Articles of
Incorporation.

WILL ATTEND: Where County business may be discussed: (1)
Central Texas Republican Women meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March
20, 2002 at Wildflower Country Club in Temple.
