Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
MARCH 25, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. March 25, 2002, with the
meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on March 25, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of
March 18, 2002.
County Engineer
Consider approval
of the final plat of Barnes and Hart Addition.
Consider approval
of the final plat of Goodnight's Prairie Dell Subdivision.
Consider approval
of the Interlocal Government Agreement with the City of Morgan's Point
Resort regarding HB 1445, ETJ Subdivisions.
Consider approval
of the Interlocal Government Agreement with the City of Troy regarding HB

Consider approval
of the Interlocal Government Agreement with the City of Copperas Cove

Consider
authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for the fencing of new
right of way on Stone Road and Arthur Cemetery Road.
