Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
APRIL 01, 2002

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. April 01, 2002, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on April 01, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of March 25, 2002.

2. County Engineer

1. Personnel.
   

3. Consider amended report of Tax-Assessor Collector on canvass of City of Temple Local Option Petition for the legal sale of Beer and Wine; and the calling of an election and the execution of a joint election agreement with the City of Temple, if necessary.

4. Consider report on expenditure statement submitted to Texas Department of Health for participation in distribution from the State Tobacco settlement fund.

5. Consider resolution declaring April 1, 2002, as Group Study Exchange Rotary International Day in honor of team members from Slovakia and the Czech Republic. 

6. Consider approval of job reclassification request procedure. 

7. Set date for County Auction.

8. Consider RFP's for consultant on evaluation of phone system alternatives.
