Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
APRIL 15, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. April 15, 2002, with the
meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on April 15, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of
April 1 & April 8, 2002.
County Engineer
Consider approval
of the vacation or abandonment of the Utility Easement between Lots 44-A
and 44-B, Block 1, The Woods of Salado.
Personnel.
ETJ Interlocal
Agreements with Cities.
Consider resolution
concerning TNRCC permit approval.
Claims.

Wednesday, 4/17/02 at Wildflower Country Club in Temple; (4)
Conference of Urban Counties Education & Policy Conference, Wednesday,
4/17/02 at 10 a.m. until Friday, 4/19/02 noon at Westin Beechwood Hotel,
3300 Championship Way, Fort Worth; (5) LULAC Banquet, Saturday,
4/20/02 at 6:30 p.m. at Fort Hood Phantom Warrior Club.
