Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
APRIL 22, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. April 22, 2002, with the
meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on April 22, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of
April 15, 2002.
County Engineer
Consider approval
of final plat of Balcones West Subdivision.
Consider awarding
bid for the Construction of fences on Stone Road and Arthur Cemetery Road,
Precinct 3.
Consider approval
of the final plat of Sam Neil Subdivision.
Consider approval
of, and authorize County Judge to sign an agreement to participate in the
acquisition of right of way/relocation of utilities on the SH 36 Bridge
project over Lake Belton.
Personnel.
Consider approval
of renewal of management contract with Correctional Services Corporation
for Bell County Juvenile Residential Facility.
Consider approval
of advertising for proposals for health insurance.
