Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
APRIL 29, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. April 29, 2002, with the
meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on April 29, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of
April 22, 2002.
County Engineer
Public hearing to
consider approval of traffic control devices.
Consider approval
of the final plat for Satch Addition.
Consider
participation in the City of Belton's application for grant for the
improvement of Quail Meadows Community Park.
Personnel.
Receive
commendation letter to Tim Stevens and the EXPO Staff from the National
Veterans Foundation concerning the benefit for the Foundation.
Consider final
approval of CUC building purchase.
Consider proposals
on consultant services on telephone system review and evaluations.
Consider
modifications to Sexually Oriented Businesses Ordinance.
Update on
Population Center of Texas Ceremony on May 1, 2002 in Holland at 10 a.m.
