Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
MAY 06, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. May 06, 2002, with the
meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on May 06, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of
April 29, 2002.
County Engineer
Consider approval
of an interlocal agreement with the Village of Salado for the seal coating
of approximately 1.36 miles of roads.
Consider approval
of the Annual Work Plan.
Consider awarding
bid for the right of way fencing on Kuykendall Branch Road.
Consider approval
of the interlocal agreement with the Cities of Holland and Rogers
regarding the approval of subdivision plats in the City's ETJ in
accordance with HB 1445.
Consider approval
of the final amended plat of Gutierrez Addition Subdivision.
Personnel.
Consider $6500.00
consulting agreement with Waters Consulting Group of Dallas for updating
of personnel structure and compensation analysis.
Receive report and
comments from Larry Tinsley, Director of Adult Probation.
