Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
MAY 13, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. May 13, 2002, with the
meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on May 13, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of
April 29, 2002 and May 6, 2002..
County Engineer
Consider approval
of the final plat for Hartrick Estates, Phase II Subdivision.
Consider setting a
date for public hearing on the replatting of Lots 2, 3, & 4, Block 3,
Tract 5, Seven Coves Subdivision.
Consider final
approval of Wells Ranch, Phase 3 Subdivision.
Personnel.
Consider
authorizing Request for Proposals for Portable and Mobile radion
maintenance for Bell County and Municipalities within Bell County.
Consider
appointment to Hill Country Transit District Board.
Consider
resolution in support of City of Temple's request to TxDOT for completion
of the Northwest Loop 363.
