Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
MAY  20, 2002

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. May 20, 2002, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on May 20, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Consider approval of the final plat for Circle 85 Subdivision.

2. Consider approval of the final plat for Shepherd's Glen Subdivision.

3. Consider approval of the final plat for Walnut Creek Estates, Phase III, Section Two Subdivision.

4. Consider approval of audit engagement letters for year ending in 2002.

5. Consider approval of SB 7 grant application.

6. Consider approval of Assistant Guardian Ad Litem position.
