Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
MAY  28, 2002

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. May 28, 2002, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on May 28, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of May 20, 2002..

2. County Engineer

1. Personnel.
   

3. Consider $3000.00 participation in costs for Host Court Night for North & East County Judges & Commissioner's Convention.

4. Consider request to Governor pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2204.103, et seq. For Deed of Cession to the federal government for concurrent jurisdiction for all civil and criminal process on 392 acres owned by U. S. Army Corps of Engineers but leased to Fort Hood.

5. Claims.
