Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
JULY  08, 2002

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at nine a.m. July  08, 2002, with the meeting to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on July 08, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of July 1 & 4, 2002.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider authorizing County Engineer to acquire software, software upgrades and training for the cartegraph asset management program.
   
2. Consider awarding bid for the fencing on Amity School Road and Dillard Road.
   
3. Personnel
   
   

3. Consider/Approve emergency repairs to Communications Center due to lightening strike.

4. Claims.
