Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
SEPTEMBER 09, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at nine a.m. September 09, 2002,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on September 09, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of September 3 and 5, 2002.
County Engineer
- Consider accepting Sandlin Drive, Sherwood Shores VIII, for Maintenance
by the County in accordance with the policy letter dated March 17, 1987.
- Consider authorizing purchase of "Porta Mole" culvert cleaning
system.
- Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for the
purchase of an Asphalt Distributor.
- Personnel.
Resolution regarding 9/11.
Receive report from District Judges of the Order
certifying the FY 2002-03 County Auditor's Budget.
Receive report of the Order of District Judges
concerning Court Reporter pay.
Consider authorizing the County Auditor to advertise for
a request for proposals for the initial purchase of 50 computers with the
ability to purchase a total of approximately 139 during the budget year
2002-03.
Authorize the selling of surplus real estate owned by
Bell County on Joe Lee Street in Rogers, Texas.
