Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
SEPTEMBER 23, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at one p.m. September 23, 2002,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on September 23, 2002, at 1:00
p.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of September 3 and 5, and 9, 2002.
County Engineer
- Consider awarding bids for the right of way fencing on Romberg Road.
- Consider approval of the final plat for Shepherd's Glen Subdivision.
- Consider preliminary approval of Crossland Estates Subdivision Plat.
- Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for the
following annual purchases: Culverts, Base, Reinforcing Steel , Oil
and Grease, and Uniforms.
- Consider approval of the final plat for McLean's Crossing Subdivision,
Phase Two.
- Consider approval of the final plat for McLean's Crossing, Phase III.
- Consider approval of the final plat for Dos Hermanas Addition
Subdivision.
- Personnel.
Consider ratification/approval of agreement between EXPO
and Hockey South, LLC (The League) and Hockey, LLC (The Team).
Consider approval of 2003 Sheriff's fees, Constables'
fees, and other fees.
Consider proclamation recognizing National Hispanic
Heritage Month.
Consider proclamation recognizing Czech Heritage Month.
