Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
NOVEMBER  04, 2002

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 04, 2002, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on November 04, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of October 28, 2002.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider releasing check for the maintenance of roads in Bell Meadows Subdivision. 
2. Personnel.
   
   

3. Hold annual Public Hearing on Local Law Enforcement Block Grant.

4. Report from County Clerk Vada Sutton and IS Director Ned Roehrig on election night procedures for dissemination of election results at the EXPO Center and on the Bell County Web Site www.bellcountytx.com.

5. Report from County Clerk Vada Sutton on Early Voting Totals and Comparison with previous elections.

6. Consider proposals/bids on installation of fiber optic cables.

7. Claims.
