Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
NOVEMBER 12, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November
12, 2002,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on November 12, 2002, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of October 28, and November 4, 2002.
County Engineer
- Consider final plat for Bell-Lanford Addition Subdivision.
- Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for cover
aggregate for the seal coat program.
- Consider final plat for Mill Creek Springs, Phase III Subdivision.
- Consider approval of the final plat for Cedar Oaks Estates, Phase I,
Subdivision.
- Consider granting an exception to the platting requirements by Jerry
Rape from Rick Scott in Seven Coves Addition, Tract 5.
- Personnel.
Consider appointment of County Fire Marshal/Emergency
Management Director.
Consider certification and canvass of Election Results
from November 5, 2002 General Election.
Report from County Clerk Vada Sutton on early vote
totals and comparison with previous elections.
Consider change to amounts paid as Jury fees in Bell
County in response to Attorney General Opinion.
Consider ratification of purchase of real estate at
foreclosure sale on November 5, 2002.
