Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
NOVEMBER  18, 2002

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 18, 2002, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on November 18, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of November 12, 2002.

2. County Engineer

1. Conduct public hearing and consider vacation of the roads in Sunhill Settlements (Christopher Drive, Sunhill Drive, and Sunhill Court).
2. Consider awarding bid for fencing on Franklin Road. 
3. Personnel.
   
   

3. Announcement of appointment of County Judge Jon Burrows to Brazos Region G. Water Planning Group.

4. Consider and discuss population projections by the Texas Water Development Board to be used in 2006 State Water Plan. 

5. Discuss Texas Association of Counties Pre-Legislative Conference.
