Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
DECEMBER  02, 2002

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December 02, 2002, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on December 02, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of November 25, 2002.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for the purchase of two-shredder tractors and a backhoe/integrated tool carrier. 
2. Personnel.
   
   

3. Appointment of Steve Casey as Fire Marshal. 

4. Consider approval of Sharing Agreement with VA to provide follow-up mental health services and laboratory testing for Bell County inmates. 

5. Consider authorizing County Auditor to seek bids on JJAEP Furniture/Equipment request. 

6. Consider authorizing County Auditor to seek bids on Communications Center Furniture/Equipment request and budget modification. 

7. Consider authorizing amendment to Victim's Assistance grant. 

8. Consider authorizing amendment to Victim's Assistance - Juvenile Grant.

9. Consider appointment to Temple Reinvestment Zone Board. 

10. Consider resolution regarding expansion of SB 873.

11. Claims.
