Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
DECEMBER 11, 2002
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December
11, 2002,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on December 11, 2002, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of December 2, 2002.
County Engineer
- Consider authorizing the County Engineer to advertise for the
purchase of two-shredder tractors.
- Consider authorizing the County Engineer to advertise for the auction
sale of two railroad flatcars currently located on Stone Road, Precinct
3.
- Consider awarding bids for the purchase of grade 4 aggregate.
- Consider releasing the escrow letter from Regetta Oaks Subdivision.
- Personnel.
Consider awarding contract on RFQ 11-02
"Engineering Firm for Outside Installation of Fiber."
Receive Report from Tax Assessor/Collector on 2001-2002
Child Safety Fee Allocations.
Consider approval of submission of Juvenile
Accountability Incentive Block Grant request for 2003/2004 Year in the
amount of $70,428.00 with local match of $7,825.00.
Consider budget amendments for FY 2002 Budget.
