Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
JANUARY  21, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., January 21, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on January 21, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of January 13, 2003.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for annual bids for Asphalt, cold mix, hot mix, pit run gravel and concrete.  
2. Consider awarding bid for the sale of two railroad flatcars.
3. Consider final approval of the plat for Hendrick's Development Addition Subdivision. 
4. Personnel.
   
   

3. Re-draw for one position on Salary Grievance Committee to replace John Elswick who moved out of Bell County.

4. Update on 78th Legislative Session. 

5. Update on Grant awards from Indigent Defense Task Force.

6. Update on I-35 Issues.

7. Claims.
