Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
JANUARY  27, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., January 27, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on January 27, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve Minutes of January 21, 2003.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider preliminary approval of the plat for Mill Creek Springs Overlook Subdivision. 
2. Personnel.
   
   

3. Annual Awards from Sheriff's Department.

4. Annual Report from Bell County Museum.

5. Annual Report from Bell County Historical Commission.

6. Update on 78th Legislative Session.

7. Update on Event Honoring Vada Sutton on Friday, January 31, 2003. 

8. Claims.

9. (NOTE:) JANUARY 28, 2003 - Interviews with Architects at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in Commissioners Court Conference Room.
