Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
FEBRUARY 03, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February 03,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on February 03, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of January 27, 2003.
County Engineer
- Conduct Public Hearing and Consider approval of the installation of a 30
mph speed limit on Prairie Dell Church Road.
- Consider approval of the annual seal coat and level-up programs for
2003.
- Consider approval of the final plat for Baldwin Estates, Phase Two
Subdivision.
- Consider approval of the final plat for Rosencrans Subdivision.
- Personnel.
Road and Bridge Department Annual Report for 2002.
Consider resolution in support of designating a portion
of State Highway 195 as Phantom Warriors Highway.
Consider awarding of bid for Voice Over IP and Data
Network.
Consider selection of, and entering into negotiations
with Architect for Jail Expansion and District Courts Building Renovation
Projects.
Update on 78th Legislative Session.
Claims.
Executive Session to Discuss Real Estate.
