Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
FEBRUARY 10, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February
10,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on February 10, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve Minutes of February 3, 2003.
County Engineer
- Consider awarding bid for the fencing of Right of Way on Strasburger
Road.
- Consider approval of the final plat for McMillan Addition, a 1.41 acre
subdivision on Wedel Cemetery Road, Precinct 3.
- Personnel.
Consider authorizing purchase of property at 120 N.
Blair in Belton (West 47.2 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Rathers Addition) and
authorizing County Judge to sign all contract and closing documents on
behalf of Bell County.
Consider authorizing County Judge to enter into
contractual agreements with Wiginton Hooker Jeffry, P.C. - Architects for
professional services for pre-design services and architecture services
for Jail and District Courts remodel and building projects.
Consider awarding bid for auctioneering services.
Consider awarding bid for local and long distance
telephone service.
Update on 78th Legislative Session.
