Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
FEBRUARY 24, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., February
24,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on February 24, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Minutes of 2/10/03.
County Engineer
- Personnel.
- Consider awarding bids for Hot Mix, Cold Mix, Concrete Pit-Run Gravel
and Asphalt.
- Consider approval of the final plat for Martinez Subdivision, a one-lot,
5.0 acre subdivision on Wedel Cemetery Road, Precinct 3.
- Consider releasing Letter of Credit No. 50000000986, in the amount of
$7500, for the warranty of streets in Northcliffe 7.
- Consider abandoning Drainage and Utility Easement between lots 419 and
420, Tanglewood Subdivision.
- Consider final approval of the plat for Crossland Estates, a 109.468
acre, 174-Lot Development off of F.M. 439, in the E.T.J. of the City of
Killeen, Precinct 2.
- Consider approval of the Bell County Infrastructure requirements for
Manufactured Home Rental Communities.
Report on TxDOT road projects by funding category.
Report on Texas Water Development Board's population
projections.
Appoint Alternate Bell County Representative to Central
Texas Council of Governments.
Appoint Representative on Temporary Emergency Relief
Fund Board.
Update on 78th Legislative Session and V.G. Young
Institute.
