Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
MARCH  03, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., March 03, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on March 03, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of February 24, 2003.

2. County Engineer

1. Consider releasing letter of credit #533 in the amount of $258,936.00 from First National Bank in Killeen, and accepting letter of credit #553 in the amount of $25,893.60 for maintenance of the roads and drainage in Wells Ranch, Phase III.
2. Consider approval of an interlocal agreement with Hill Country Transit to improve the parking area at the Old Killeen Maintenance Barn. 
3. Personnel.
   
   

3. Consider approval of Law Enforcement Contract with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. 

4. Authorize County Auditor to public request for proposal on Horticulture Curriculum Development.
