Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
May  12, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., May 12, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on May 12, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of May 5, 2003.

2. Personnel.

3. Consider awarding bid for forklift for Building Maintenance Department.

4. Consider awarding bid for outside fiber installation at three locations.

5. Consider ratifying agreement between BellNET and Temple College for Horticulture Curriculum. 

6. Consider approval of updated resolution regarding Criminal Justice Grant for District Attorney Victim Assistance Office, correcting resolution dated December 2, 2002.

7. Consider approval of updated resolution regarding Criminal Justice Grant for Juvenile Probation Department Victims of Juvenile Crime Office, correcting earlier resolution.
