Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
May 19, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., May 19,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on May 19, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of May 5 and May 12, 2003.
County Engineer.
- Consider approval of the Final Plat for McNeil Subdivision, a one-lot,
0.925 acre subdivision off of U.S. 190.
- Consider authorizing County Engineer to advertise for bids for the
fencing of right of way on Darrs Creel and Willow Grove Roads.
Personnel.
Consider Resolution in support of Heart of Texas Defense
Alliance.
Consider approval of Bell County 2003-2005 Equal
Employment Opportunity Plan.
Recognize Bell County Historical Commission for
receiving a Distinguished Service Award for 2002 from the Texas Historical
Commission.
Consider authorizing County Judge to apply for Federal
Emergency Management Grant.
