Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
May 27, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., May 27,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on May 27, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of May 19, 2003.
County Engineer.
- Consider approval of 2003-2004 Annual Work Plan.
- Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Belton to
seal coat approximately 800 square yards of Mesquite Road.
Personnel.
Recognize Bell County Historical Commission for
receiving a Distinguished Service Award for 2002 from the Texas Historical
Commission.
Consider awarding bid for Internet Service Provider.
Receive and approve auction results from May 10, 2003
County Auction.
Consider approval of Audit Engagement Letters for Fiscal
Year ending September 30, 2003.
Consider awarding bid for Bank Depository Contract.
Consider awarding bid for Bell County/BellNet Wireless
Fiber installation.
Consider approval of arbitrage rebate payment for Series
1998 Debt Issue and budget amendment.
Consider approval of appointment of County Judge and
Commissioners to the Board of Directors of the Bell County Agricultural
Development Corporation and approval of Articles of Dissolution.
