Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 02, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 02, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on June 02, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of May 27, 2003.

2. County Engineer.

1. Conduct Public Hearing and consider approval of the following traffic control devices:
   
   
    1.  Install a "15 MPH When Fields are in Use" sign on Salado Park and Park Place Roads;
    2.  Install a "Stop" sign on Eagles Nest at Crows Ranch Road. 


2. Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Chick Subdivision, a Two-Lot, One Acre Subdivision on West Amity Road in the E.T.J. of the City of Belton.  
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Review and consider approval of update of Bell County Investment Policy. 

5. Claims.
