Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
June 9, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., June 9, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on June 9, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of May 27 and June 2, 2003.

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider approval of the Final Plat for Cedar Oaks Estates, Phase II, a Twenty-Lot, 28.14 acre development off of Moffat Road. 
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider adoption of Order Authorizing Publication of Notice of Intention to Issue Bell County, Texas, Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2003. 

5. Claims.
