Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 14, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 14, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on July 14, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of June 30, July 1 and July 7, 2003. 

2. County Engineer.
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider Order Calling An Election Regarding Issuance of Certificates of Obligation.

5. Consider Order by the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas With Regard to the Reimbursement of Certain Expenses to be Paid From Tax Exempt Obligations.   

6. Consider Interlocal Agreement with the City of Harker Heights to cooperate in the development of an Indoor Recreation Center for the City of Harker Heights. 

7. Consider approval of Certificates of Substantial Completion for Potts Building Renovation.
