Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
July 28, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 28,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on July 28, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of July 21, 2003.
County Engineer.
- Consider releasing Letter of Credit No. 0305 from First State Bank, in
the amount of $8,500.00 for road and drainage improvements in Mill Creek
Springs Phase II.
- Consider final approval of the plat for S & L Addition, a One-Lot
Acre Subdivision off of Summers Mill Road, Precinct 2.
Personnel.
Consider approval of Statement of Work for services from
SBI and Company relating to Kronos personnel software, Cartegraph
engineering software, and Budget Position Control.
Consider approval of updated agreement, reflecting
legislative changes, with Linebarger, Goggan, Blair & Sampson, LLP for
collection services for unpaid fines, fees, court costs, forfeited bonds
and restitution.
Consider adoption of Fixed Asset Policy as part of GASB
34 requirements.
