Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
August 11, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., August 11, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on August 11, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of August 4, 2003.

2. County Engineer.
   

3. Personnel.

4. Receive report from City of Temple and Temple Police Department on costs to Temple if Jail/Courts bond issue fails, and Temple has to reopen its Jail/Holding facility.

5. Consider setting public hearing dates and locations for presentations on jail/courts bond issue.

   4. 8/21/03 - Belton, Bell County Commissioners Courtroom - 7:00 p.m.
      
      
   5. 8/26/03 - Salado, Salado Civic Center - 7:00 p.m.
      
      

6. Consider approval of antenna tower agreement with Bossard Radio.

7. Consider approval of clarification Resolution for Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant originally approved on December 9, 2002.  

8. Consider authorizing County Auditor to submit for sealed bids the sale of county property located in Temple.

9. Consider authorizing County Auditor to advertise for bids for ATM service in Killeen Annex.
