Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
September 02, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., September
02,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on September 02, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of August 25, 2003.
County Engineer.
- Consider adding the installation of a Pre-Cast Box Culvert on Donahoe
Road and the replacement of the Bridge on Romberg Road over South Darrs
Creek to the Annual Work Plan.
Personnel.
Consider approval of Interlocal Participation Agreement
with the County Information Resources Agency ("CIRA") for
central, cooperative and coordinated assistance and services relating to
information resources and technologies.
Update from Molly Bosley, Planning Director, CTCOG, on
draft Statewide Mobility Plan and its treatment of projects on IH 35.
