Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 03, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November 03, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on November 03, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of October 20 & 27, 2003. 

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider final approval of the plat for Walnut Creek Estates, Phase Five, a One-Lot, 5.936 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Killeen, fronting onto S.H. 195. 
   
   

2. Consider participation in the 2004 UTP Off-System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Program for Structure No. 62, on Taylors Valley Road over the Leon River.  
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider authorizing County Judge to execute documents for City of Killeen platting process for property leased to Hill Country Transit District at 1309 MLK Jr. Blvd.   
   
   

5. Consider approval of renewal of Cooperative Agreement between The Office of the Attorney General of the State of Texas and Bell County, Texas for continued participation in the support of the Texas Child  Support Disbursement Unit. 

6. Consider appointment of Museum Expansion Construction Advisory Committee. 

7. Authorize County Auditor to advertise for bids for vending services. 

8. Authorize County Auditor to advertise for bids for amateur radio system.

9. Consider approval of FY 2004 Indigent Defense Discretionary Grant Program Application

10. Claims.

11. Executive Session concerning personnel matter.

12. Executive Session concerning real estate.

13. Executive Session concerning litigation.
