Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
November 10, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., November
10,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on November 10, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of November 3, 2003.
County Engineer.
- Consider final approval of the Plat for Georgia Creek Subdivision, a
One-Lot, Two Acre Subdivision, located off of Harvest Hill Lane, a private
road.
Consider awarding bid for fencing on Triangle Road and
Barnes Road, both in Precinct 2.
Consider final approval of the Replat of the Cliffs of
Woodlake, Phase II, a 14.248 Acre, Thirteen Lot Development in the E.T.J.
of the City of Temple.
Personnel.
Consider approval of grant submission for Victim of
Crimes Act (VOCA).
Consider appointment of Bell County representative to
Criminal Justice Advisory Board for CTCOG.
Announce setting, at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18,
of Workshop on federal Help America Vote Act (HAVA) and the state
implementation statute that requires elimination of Bell County's lever
voting machines by January 1, 2006, and the costs involved.
