Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
December 08, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December 08,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on December 08, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of November 24 and December 1, 2003.
County Engineer.
- Consider Resolution declaring that eh alley in Blocks A, B and C of O.T.
Tyler Addition, Bell County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 49, Page 82 of
the Deed Records of Bell County, Texas, has never existed on the ground,
nor has it been maintained by Bell County.
- Consider approval of the Final Plat of Rosemead, a Four-Lot, 18 Acre
Subdivision on Hartrick Bluff Road, in the E.T.J. of the City of
Temple.
Personnel.
Recognize Precinct 2 Commissioner Tim Brown for his
election as Chairman of the Conference of Urban Counties.
Consider awarding bid on Amateur Radio System equipment.
Consider approval of agreement with BellNet, Inc. and
Central Texas College regarding procedures for fund-raising efforts of
Bell County Human Services Department for scholarship fund and opportunity
program.
Receive update on problems with touch-screen voting
systems in Ohio.
