Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
December 15, 2003
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December
15,
2003,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to
begin on December 15, 2003, at 9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:
Approve minutes of December 8, 2003.
County Engineer.
- Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Hoelscher Estates, Phase 1, a
Three-Lot, 13.918 Acre Subdivision off of North Elm Loop.
- Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Shaw Branch East, Phase 3, a
Two-Lot, 1.0 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Nolanville, on
Jackrabbit Road.
- Consider Final Approval of the Plat for Beerwinkle Subdivision, a
One-Lot, 1.0 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple, on
Moffat Road.
- Consider setting date for a Public Hearing for the closure of Neroc Road
at the B.N.S.F. Railroad Crossing.
Personnel.
Consider awarding bid for one-ton service truck for Road
& Bridge.
