Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
December 29, 2003

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., December 29, 2003, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on December 29, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of December 22, 2003. 

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider awarding bids for the purchase of aggregate for the seal coat program.
   
   
2. Consider approval of the Final Plat for Harrison Valley Estate, a One-Lot, 3.97 Acre Subdivision in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple, off of F.M. 1237. 
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of newly authorized District Clerk fees for 2004.

5. Consider approval of grant agreement with City of Killeen for services provided by Bell County Human Services department.  

6. Claims.
