Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
January  05, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., January  05, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on January 05, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of December 29, 2003. 

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider awarding approval of the Final Plat for Warren Subdivision, a Two-Lot, 4.75 Acre Subdivision at the intersection of Acres Road and Riggs Road, in the E.T.J. of the City of Temple.
   
   

3. Personnel.

4. Consider approval of extension of agreement with Department of Veterans Affairs.

5. Claims.
