Notice of the Meeting of the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
March  22, 2004

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., March 22, 2004, with the meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the Bell County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas, to begin on March 22, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas.  The following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

1. Approve minutes of March 8, 2004. 

2. County Engineer.

1. Consider final approval of the Plat for Mill Creek Springs, Phase IV Subdivision.    
2. Consider final approval of the amended replat of Lots 8& 9, Block 1 of the Woods of Owl Creek Subdivision.    
3. Consider releasing Letter of Credit #1300, Extraco Banks in the amount of $4,835.00 for maintenance on roads in Diana Addition. 
4. Consider awarding bids for two, 13-16 C.Y. Dump Trucks. 
5. Consider preliminary approval of Shiloh Terrace, Phase II.   
   
   

3. Personnel.

   1. Tax-Assessor to discuss over-time.     
      
      
      

4. County Auditor - Consider awarding contract for Architectural Services for the Tax-Assessor Collector's Expansion, the County and District Clerk's Document Storage Building and Expansion of Communication Center.
